Bookkeeper, Pastel Proficient, Writing up of cashbooks. Post on Pastel. Completion & submission of IT12. Completion & submission to the Registrar of Companies.

Range of services offered:

IRP 5 & Income (all, e.g. dividends etc) needs to be submitted to me & I will do the rest.

South-African Revenue Service: You sign the forms. I Complete forms and hand it in at the Receiver of Revenue.

Rates:

There are 2 options:

Lumpsum for once-off services offered OR a monthly fee for continuous services.

Big or small? I do it all.

- IT12 Individual: R600 (Completion)

- IT14 Companies & CC's: R1300 (Completion)

- Average set of books for Individual: R4000/year

- Registration for VAT: R800

- Taxpayer / Employer/ Workman's Compensation Registration, UIF, PAYE, SDL (Skills Development Levy): R800

Or pay a monthly fee, payble a year in advance for the following services:

Monthly fees

Gross income / month @ rate:

R50 000 - 75 000 @ R500/month

R76 000 - R100 000 @ R750/month

R100 000 - R200 000 @ R1500/month

R200 - R300 000 @ R2500/month

R300 000 - 500 000 @ R4000/month

etc.

2.5% fee for admin/printing etc. to be added.

all these fees are exclusive of VAT.

NOTE: Deposit of 50% paybale before commencement of work.
